We're excited to announce Chester Scott’s promotion to Chief Strategy Officer at Lunio!
Chester steps into this new executive role following an exceptional track record at Lunio, where he has consistently delivered commercial impact while operating well beyond the boundaries of his original remit.
Chester joined Lunio as VP of Strategic Partnerships and quickly took on the additional responsibility of leading our Customer Success function within his first four months.
From there, he rebuilt the Customer Success strategy from the ground up, deliberately moving away from traditional CSM profiles toward AdTech and Paid Media domain experts, while integrating Technical Account Management into the function.
The results have been transformative: Gross Revenue Retention improved by over 25% year-on-year, and Chester's team beat their Net Revenue Retention target for FY25/26, exiting the year significantly ahead of plan.
Beyond the revenue numbers, Chester played a pivotal role in Lunio's successful expansion into the US market and has consistently acted as a strategic bridge between our go-to-market, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams - with cross-functional thinking firmly at the core of his forward-looking strategy at Lunio.

In his new role, Chester will serve as Lunio's key strategic thinker, ensuring our commercial ambitions and product direction are tightly aligned at the most senior level. He will continue to strengthen and align Lunio's key revenue functions - Partnerships, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success - while also taking personal ownership of Lunio's most significant customer, partner, and prospect relationships. He also chairs Lunio's AI Council, leading the company's AI strategy and driving adoption across the organisation.
Chester continues to work in close collaboration with our CPTO, Simran Cashyap, on our long-term product vision, ensuring what we build is always grounded in what the market needs. This product vision informed by Chester’s domain expertise in AdTech is crucial at a time of unprecedented change in the digital advertising ecosystem.
