Additional Services Terms

1. General
The following terms are specific to Advertiser/Agency’s use of the Opteo services (“Opteo Service”), which terms Advertiser/Agency hereby expressly and completely accepts and which form an integral part of the Agreement.
2. Content
2.1 The Opteo Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Opteo Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
2.2 By posting Content to the Opteo Service, you grant Opteo the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Opteo Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Opteo Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
2.3 You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Opteo Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
3. Accounts
3.1 When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on the Opteo Service.
3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Opteo Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with the Opteo Service or a third-party service.
3.3 You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You expressly agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of any misrepresentations you make in this regard.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Opteo Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Opteo and its licensors. The Opteo Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Opteo’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Opteo.
4.2 When you upload Content, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence (with right to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that Content in connection with the provision of the Opteo Service and otherwise in connection with the provision of the Opteo Service and Opteo business.
5. Google Ads Account Access
5.1 The Opteo Service's main way to connect to your Google Ads account is via the Google Ads API. You may revoke our API access to your accounts by visiting https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions with the Google account you connected to Opteo.
5.2 The Opteo Service may make changes to the way it connects to your Google Ads accounts, including adding “Opteo” as a “Client Manager” to your Google Ads accounts. You may opt-out of this change at any time by contacting us via email using support@opteo.com or by chatting to us using the chat bubble on our website or app.
